snmpCollect

Hello,

I got the following problem after I installed ForeView 4.3 on NetView
4.1.2.

When I stop all NetView daemons, including nvsecd and ovspmd, and then
restart with ovstart, the snmpCollect daemon does not start. I have to
execute ovstart again to get it running.

Here's the snmpCollect entry :
0:snmpCollect:/usr/OV/bin/snmpCollect:OVs_YES_START:nvsecd,trapd,ovwdb,ovtopmd::OVs_WELL_BEHAVED:120:

I can't see what's going wrong. No message in the trace file when the
first ovstart is executed either.

Any help would be appreciated.
