Although you get the Framework for NetView for free, it won't happen
automatically.  You have to order 5697-FRA with feature code 0618 for a
NetView Server and feature code 0619 for a NetView Client.    My experience is
that you may get the framework CD but you won't get a license key for the
framework and the IBM records will not show the framework installed.
