Jeremy,
First are you sure that netmon is configured to handle the current number of
objects in the object database. By default, netmon is configured for 5000
objects before paging memory out to disk. Verify that the "-n" option in
the /usr/OV/lrf/ovwdb.lrf is greater than the number of objects reported
from "ovmapcount" command.
Next are you sure that Status Polling Interval is not set small. In Chapter
6 Section 7 of the TME 10 NetView Administrators Guide it goes into detail
on the setting up the status polling (i.e. it takes netmon on average 5
minutes to poll 5000 objects).
