There is a patch available for this and I have verified that it does work.

I have found information about this issue. It has been reported as a bug
of CiscoWorks, the bug id is CSCdj91490. The patch for this one can be
downloaded from
ftp://<userid>@www.cisco.com/cisco/netmgmt/ciscoworks/4.0/temp-smu/rtyzqk/,
the patch name is CSCdj91490.tar.Z. Please apply this patch to your system
to see if this will solve the problem. Please refer to README file for
instruction of installation.
