We found the same problem and it turns out that there is a file called 'HPoid2type' in the /usr/OV/conf directory. While not documented, that file is also consulted by netmon when discovering devices. It contains oid2type formatted lines for all manner of HP equipment. Your printers are probably HP devices (maybe the workstations as well). Try editing that file as you would oid2type. DTS David T.
