This isn't going to work for two reasons:
(1) You must send your requests to subscribe/unsubscribe to
listserv@ucsbvm.ucsb.edu.  NV-L is the where you send your postings to be
viewed.
(2) You cannot subscribe other users.  If you do, their mail will come to
you.  The name you add on the end does not alter the userid. Each user must
send his/her  own subscription request to listserv from the id they want
the mail sent.
