I used to install CiscoView 4.1 on NetView 5.0 (framework 3.2) and AIX 4.1.5. I think the only issue you may have to verify is if CiscoView could work on AIX 4.3 because NetView 5.1 now supports AIX 4.3 (and framework 3.6) Check the release notes for more detail.
