Hi, I am running Netview V5R1 on a Solaris 2.6 platform. We have the requirement to be able to correlate traps generated through lack of connectivity with a router, with downstream traps generated because of a break in the chain. I have been told that this can be done using rulesets, and though I can see how this might be, I am concerned about how much maintenance this would require. Has anyone found a dynamic means of handling this? Regards, Simon Long Nettrack Technical Solutions Pty Ltd |
