Lots of things could be wrong, but with the limited information available
here goes:

Destination dispatcher unavailable means there is no oserv (port 94)
communication between the Managed node (possibly a Netview server/client)
and the TMR server (could be a Netview server/client as well).

# odadmin odlist                        (Will list all object dispatcher
numbers)
# odadmin start od_num          (Use the od_num of the managed node in
question)
# odadmin odinfo od_num         (Should give you info from the managed node)

If this doesnt work there could be some more debugging necessary (and I
would need more info)
