Does anyone know how to ping a device interface from the NetView web? There is a PING function on the Diagnostics page, but it seems to only work at the device level, i.e. it pings the hostname of the device. That's fine if there is only one interface on a device. In the case of routers, this is usually not the case, so the capability to PING an interface by its IP address is desirable. Joel Gerber Network Management Network Services - USAA |
