Fragmented window in ruleset editor

Hi !

Startting the ruleset editor and trying to open the 'edit' window for a node
(mouse buttom #3 -> node commands) ends up with a fragmented new menu.
I cannot see any of the contents, just a little part of the right corner.
Marking that corner (mouse buttom #1) just brings up a menu with the choises
of 'Move' and 'Close'.
This is the only place in NV where I have seen this strange behavior.

Any ideas what's wrong ?
