In the Administrator's Guide under Confguring Events, in particular under
"Environment Variables for Trap Data"
You should have been able to search for this in the dynatext browser.

Where do I look to find a full parameters that can be sent to a script
to be run via actionsvr from a ruleset ( eg. $NVE )?
