You have a number of issues here.  NCMPserver and rabmEventServer
probably fail because your RABM environment isn't set up correctly.
ahmdbserver has a dependency may be late starting because of a timing
issue.

Browsers supported depend partly on the platform.  Only one for the JDK
java applets on AIX is hotJava browser.  Not recommended to access from
a windows 95-98.  Only NT recommended- and only with 64MB RAM. Supported
is Netscape 4.0.5 with the AWT patch, 4.0.6 or 4.0.7.  IE v4 is
supported.   You also need to setup security correctly for unsigned
applets.

Suggest opening a PMR.  Sounds like you need some help.
