Usually the easiest way to fix this is to close all the GUIs, ovstop netmon
and ovstop snmpCollect.
Then run /usr/OV/service/reset_ci.  If it completes, successfully then that
should solve the problem.
If not, post back here what happened, along with the output of  ovorsutil
-d  and I'll try to advise you again.

window:

Error connecting with CI

Does anybody know how can I fix this problem or where can I find it?
