Put in the router conf. the command

        snmp-server host A.B.C.D (netview server)
        snmp-server enable traps isdn

and in the BRI interface

        snmp trap link-status (or some like this)

with this each time the interface RDSI activates the router will send to the NV
server a Link Up trap with source 'a', that is agent, with this information you
may correlate the traps and.

You can create a collection with the general properties of a RDSI Iface (as
isCard SNMP Name like BRI, etc). And in SNMP configuration dialog add this
collection, and change his polling interval (just one per day).
