Your best bet may be to combine some of your networks into geographic
"locations" and then move them around on your UK map - I've never seen
any backgrounds of UK regions though there is no reason why you couldn't
scan some and then convert to Gif87a format using something like xv (if
your scanner can't cope with gif87a). Then you could use your regional
backgrounds on the location submaps -do be aware that these graphical
backgrounds can eat memory.
You cannot control the size of the icon that NetView uses at any given
time - NetView thinks it knows best!
