You haven't sourced the Tivoli environment before starting the daemons
As root do this:
1. ovstop
2. ovstop nvsecd
3.  .   /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh  (note that this command begins with a
dot, then a space, then the path)
4. ovstart

Put  the same command as #3 into your /etc/netnmrc file for when you reboot

Ther last message field is empty, exit code is 255.
All Daemons that are dependant on Ovtopmd don't start, but nvsecd,trapd and
ovwdb
are all well_behaved running.
Paging space is double memory......I'm getting desperate with this.....
