I know this not really a NetView problem but I thought I would give it go anyway. I am having problems setting the SNMP community on 3Com SuperStack II Switch 3300. According to the 3Com web site documentation you just login via telnet or from the console and enter "snmp community" which then prompts for the community string. However, this doesn't work and I have tried all sorts of variations without any luck, any ideas? System details: Operational version: 1.06 Hardware version: 1 Boot Version: 1.00 Thanks, Neil. |
