My problem with ovxecho is this:
I use it in my script, with a simple definition as
     ovxecho "Attenzione ........$NVATTR_2"
unfortunately, when I make a debug of my script (set -x), ovxecho runs very
good, but when I use my script in Ruleset ovxecho don't work,
even if script works fine (it send me a e-mail with right information!).
I don't understand where program has problems....
but I would to know if there is a method to debug a Ruleset ...maybe
with that I find the solution !!

thanks & ciao

ovxecho is included in the Netview 5.0, in fact in 5.1 as well.

What sort of problems are you having with it. Are you gettting error
messages?

BTW the program is in the /usr/OV/bin directory. Is that in your PATH?
