Nways V1.2.1 install fail - can't find the class Install

Hello,
   I faced the problem during install Nways Mgr for AIX V1.2.1, when I
executed the installation shell script
   --> install.nways ( of course, I already mounted the Nways CD-ROM on
mount point /cdrom), then
   Netview system replied following message:
  --> Java runtime environment is at the right level.
        we are going to stop Netview daemons and EUIs
        Do you want to continue [yes]? y (press enter)
        Stopping Netview daemons and EUIs ..... stopped
        Can't find the class Install

   == My system spec:  AIX V4.2.1 with Y2k PTFs, Netview V5.0, Nways Mgr
for AIX V1.2.1
  Have any one can give me some advise of it? Thanks!
