Hi
I don't know al the differences, but if you have the option of NT or UNIX I'd
go for UNIX.

We have netview5.0 for NT and are thinking of moving back to AIX.

One major downfall for NT is the seedfile NOT supporting positive ranges, NT
only supports negative ranges. wildcards.are only supported if used with
negative ranges.
Also we have had a lot of trouble with trapd faling over and being unable to
restart, we have to reboot.

If you get anymore horror stories about netview for NT can you forward them to
me, I need some more arguements for switching to AIX.

Thanks

Hi,

Does anyone know what the differences are between NetView v5.1 on NT, and
NetView v5.1 on UNIX.
