A patch was just released last week adds Informix support to framework 3.6

You can get it from the tivoli support or ftp site., I think it is
3.6-TMF-0021

It turns out that Netview 5.1 and framework 3.6 do NOT support Informix, in
case that is the dbms you might want to use.
