Yes Peter,

I believe I have seen this problem.  I am told it is fixed in the soon to be
released fix level. (5.1.1).
Just to verify, make sure that the program collmap is running.  If it is not
running, start it by the pull down menu on the GUI.  (Can't recall the menu
location offhand, but it's not hard to find.) If collmap is running, use nvUtil
to list the nodes in the collection that is currently giving you the problem
(nvUtil l <Collection Name>). If you DO NOT see the nodes in question in the
output from nvUtil, but you DO see them in the Map's collection view, and colmap
is running, then you have the same problem.  If you do anything to cause collmap
to redraw the collection, it will be correct it.  For example, in the map of the
collections, delete the collection object from the map (The map object
representing the collection, not the objects in the collection).  Colmap will
recreate it very quickly, and it will be populated with the correct contents
when you view it.  Or change the rules for the collection to something
different, save it, then change it back.
