TIPN - NetView and TEC

Hello there,

Following the installation of Tivoli Integration Pack for NetView - I have installed
the patches
 

• TME 10 Enterprise Console Patch 3.1-TEC-0012 (NetView Integration II)
• TME 10 Enterprise Console Patch 3.1-TEC-0030 (NetView 5.1 Integration)
• TME 10 Framework TIPN Patch

on a RS6000/F50 (AIX 4.2.1, FW 3.6, TEC Console 3.6, NetView 5.1).

And of course the following Products:
 

• TME 10 Enterprise Console NetView 6000 Adapter 3.6
• Tivoli Framework Network Diagnostics for NetView Server

One error occured while distributing the first patch  TEC-0012:

After starting a TEC console, highlighting an event and saying Open-NetView Submap on the NetView Server hundreds of windows opened - till I stopped my Event Console!

I would be very pleased if anyone has an idea why this happens - and how to cure this symptom - any hints for deinstalling TIPN?
