I would strongly encourage you to go ahead and upgrade to version 5.1. 4.1 goes out of support sometime in June, if memory serves, and IBM/Tivoli offer no more formal training for that version. Alot of the concepts are the same, though, so the education will apply to either version....but you really should upgrade.
