MIBs

Hi there,
I am trying to move from a Netview 6000 machine to a Tivoli Netview box. I
still have MIBs left in the old machine but I need to move these MIBs to
the new system. Should I ftp the MIBs to the new machine and load them. Or
is there an upgrade procedure that I need to run to get the MIBs in the new
format.
And also should I ftp these files as ascii or as binary files?
