No, you have to edit the /usr/OV/conf/tecint.conf file that was created by
the dialog and do it this way:
ServerLocation=<primary_tec_box>,<backup_tec_box>

The man page for tecint.conf did not make it into 5.1 or 5.1.1

How can you configure NV to forward to a second TEC if the first one is
not available?  Through the TME desktop it will only accept one TEC
server.  In this case would you have to use the nv6ktec adapter instead
of nvserverd.
