The nvSnmpTrapOpenFilter() function frequently fails and returns
OVsnmpErrno=84, nvSnmpErrno=0 and nvSnmpSubsys=0.

The OVsnmpErrString() routine returns "Unknown Error" for
OVsnmpErrno=84.

Does anyone have further information regarding this error on NetView
version 4.1 for AIX?
