Unix Profiles

Hi  Netviewers,

This is a Unix (AIX 4.2) question :

I'd like to setup the login procedure so that while logging in a user
executes the .profile AND .kshrc of a Reference_User, then executes his
own .kshrc ....

This is what I tried :
$HOME/.profile  :    "cmds"
                     . /home/Ref_User/.profile
                     export ENV=$HOME/.kshrc

/home/Ref_User/.profile  :    "cmds" ...
                                                     export
ENV=/home/Ref_User/.kshrc

The result :
$HOME/.profile  & /home/Ref_User/.profile & $HOME/.kshrc are sourced but
not /home/Ref_User/.kshrc

Can anyone help me ?
