Isn't that the one you get when you don't have a r/w map running that was
started by Root?

HI all,
when I start web interface to NetView Web Server
and go to SUBMAPS I have error:

  Could not creat socket

what is the problem?

P.S. If I go to other function (events, MIB browser, diagnostic) I haven't
any problem.
