Tivoli GUI not starting

I'm not able to start the Tivoli GUI on machine running Tivoli 3.6, NetView 5.1, and AIX 4.2.1. It used to work fine. Not real sure when the problem started happening, the Tivoli GUI is not used very often. I get the Tivoli startup screen, but never get the GUI.

The oserv daemin is running fine:

root@nv6000:/ >ps -ef | grep oserv
    root 12732     1   0   May 03      -  0:00 oserv -p 94 -k /usr/local/Tivoli/serverDB/nv6000.db

odadmin odlist shows:

root@nv6000:/ >odadmin odlist
Region      Disp  Flags  Port            IPaddr   Hostname(s)
1185211293     1    ct-    94     172.16.250.22   nv6000,sysman

IP address 172.16.250.22 and hostname nv6000 are correct for this box. sysman is just an alias (in the TMR Server and /etc/hosts)

Nothing has changed recently as far as the Tivoli framework is concerned, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
