NetView can handle a much larger trap flow than TEC so it is probably best
to use rulesets in NetView and only forward filtered events to TEC. There
are also other products such as Tivoli Manager for Network Connectivity
which does event correlation between NetView and TEC for you...

Subject: Netview Nt 5.1.1 Correlation
Is it easier to do event correlation in netview or should it be done on TEC
?
