I haven't loaded the patch. From my experience with IIS, there are too
many ways to deny rights to the web page. Check the internet Service
manager, verify under Default Web Site property -> Directory Security
-> Anonymous Access and Authentication Control, make sure the ID used
for anonymous access has the right permissions. If you are going to
use authentication, you need to specify the NT Domain your user is
login from, also check the NTFS permission for the webpages.
