Just an FYI:
Anybody who has servers on APC UPS, there's a tecad adapter available to allow 
traps to be sent to TEC. I haven't tested as of yet, but you can get this off 
APC's FTP site: FTP:apccorp.apcc.com/apc/ts_public/tecad. Good Luck!
