Vince -
I replied to this yesterday. At the time the doc was written, there was not a
3.6 Framework available for Digital UNIX.
If the NetView Framework patch, the one that gives you the NetView menu,
installs on that version of the Framework, then you should be fine. And I think
it will, though I have not tested it myself. To my knowledge we have had no
new requirements to build new code for the Framework on Digital.

I'm resending this as we had trouble with our mail server and may have lost
some outgoing/incoming mail as I haven't seen any Netview forum mail since
yesterday. Thanks!
In reading through the Netview Installation documentation I have a couple
of
concerns.
The Netview documentation mentions that the TME framework version 3.1 with
service pack 1 is a required pre-requisite software.
The version of the framework we have is 3.6with a service pack. This
version makes no reference of supporting the Compaq version of UNIX.
Are there any implications of this:
* do we need to get an earlier version of the framework
* which version
* is that version Y2K compliant
* are there licensing issues
* can the earlier version be ordered
Appreciate any feedback on this.
