Erika -

Unless you are willing to work on this slowly and deliberately, then you will
have to call Support and get some personal assistance.

Do events flow to the event window when you are not forwarding to TEC or not?
If not -
Did they ever? What ruleset are you using for that? forwardall.rs, the default?
Have you modified it in any way?

If they do flow to the window when you are not trying to forward to TEC, then
what recommendations from yesterday did you follow? Did you put a ServerPort
entry in the tecint.conf file and then stop and restart the daemons? Did you
get events then? Did the TEC server stay up the whole time?

Note that at the level of code you have, you will have to stop the daemons and
restart them every time the TEC console on NT is restarted because the TEC
libraries linked with nvserverd do not re-connect correctly. To really get the
best level for forwarding to TEC on NT, you must apply the NetView 5.1.1 patch
and then call Support for the latest level of nvserverd. I don't believe that
the latest level will ship automatically until the next round of maintenance.
