James would you know if that means we are also restricted from using the
secure areas of the Tivoli Web site. The web site would be useful for us
even if we can't log problems directly with Tivoli.

I'm afraid that if you purchased through Compaq (Digital) then you must
contact
them for all your service needs, and they will open a problem to Tivoli,
if
that is required. To put it another way, you don't have a Tivoli customer
number but a Compaq one.
At least that is my understanding of how this works.

We had recently purchased the Netview 5.1.1. for Digital Unix through
Compaq and bought the extended support as well. Where does one found out
what their customer number is to register for Tivoli support? Is that
information normally included with the software? Thanks!
