I would try registering with whatever customer number you have and if that doesn't work, open a problem with Compaq and let them find out how this should work for you. I don't believe there is any intention of keeping any legitimate customer out. I just don't know how to tell you to come in. That's one of those marketing issues we techies avoid. To put it another way, you don't have a Tivoli customer number but a Compaq one. At least that is my understanding of how this works. Where does one found out what their customer number is to register for Tivoli support? Is that information normally included with the software? Thanks!
