Web Enabled Problem with Event Browser

I can not get my web-enabled NetView 5.1.1 for NT server to bring up the
Event Browser.

The path is http://myservername/tnv-Events/Subapplication.stm
<http://myservername/tnv-Events/Subapplication.stm>     ,which does not
work.
also the path, http://localhost/tnv-Events/Subapplication.stm
<http://localhost/tnv-Events/Subapplication.stm>
,does not work.

The error is HTTP 500 - THE PAGE CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED - INTERNAL SERVER
ERROR.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with the web enabled NetView for
NT?
