SOurcing Tivoli environment on AIX 4.3

Hi.

Just set up a new AIX 4.3.2 box with framework 3.6, Netview 5.1.1

Problem is, if I try to put the line
. /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh
in .profile, and set DTSOURCEPROFILE to true in .dtprofile, the login
fails.

With the same line in a .profile on AIX 4.2.1, and the same
/etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh, it works.

So, how are people getting the Tivoli environment sourced on AIX 4.3?
Ideally, I'd like a place to put it where it would take effect for all
users, loggin in via CDE or telnet.

Is there such a place?  Or a fix for the current problem?
