Here is the short script that I run in my .profile:

#Tivoli startup
if [ -f  /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh ] ; then
. /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh
fi


Note the space between the period and the /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh command in
the next to last line.
