I'm not sure what the question is. Assuming you don't want both
netmon and the MLM to poll the same devices, you need to make
sure that you have told netmon that the MLM will take over the
polling. That is an option on the netmon daemon. The way to
check who is responsible for what is
netmon -a 51 (lists nodes with managing MLM)
netmon -a 102 (lists nodes by managing MLM)
The output is in /usr/OV/log/netmon.trace
