How to prepare Test #582 - TME 10 Network Management Implementation

Hi,Everybody in there!
    I am a engineer in China, I major do a job of Tivoli product (including 
Netview), I just like take the certificate.So I am have CNE and MCSE, but I 
find these certificate can't help me in current company,so I decide to take the 
test 582 become a Tivoli consultant.
But I must pay it myself.it will cost my a lot money. so any comment is 
Wellcome.
