Hi Erika,
tecad_ipfm exiting on signal 11 is what happens when you try to to run TMNC
on AIX 4.3. Is that the case here? If so, you will need to contact support
to obtain a fix to allow TMNC to run on AIX 4.3. This fix became available
just this week.
