Do NOT redefine the port 162. Start NetView first, then Optivity. Once Optivity starts it seizes port 162 and redefines traps for NetView to port 412. This should be seamless to you. The key, to repeat, is to always start NetView before Optivity. Regards, ken kgarst@giantofmaryland.com |
