Hi,
I've configured my NetView server (5.1.1 on AIX 4.2.1) as 2ndary DNS; I've
been told to put in /etc/resolv.conf in the 1st position "nameserver
127.0.0.1", rather than the host's IP address; when I enter the nslookup
prompt I get the message : "*** Can't find server name for address
127.0.0.1:Server failed", hence the 2nd nameserver is chosen. But then when
I type "server 127.0.0.1" I don't get any error msg and the nslookup
switches to the loopback address.
Am I doing something wrong ? Please advise.
