Does anyone know what Netview is supposed to do when it gets a Coldstart
(or warmstart) trap from an agent? Seems like it should do something, based on
our earlier discussion of its response to a Link Down trap. I saw one come in
this week from a router that was down/acknowledged. As the hurricane moved
away, the router was restarted but only one interface returned to normal status.
I had to ping the others to get them to go normal. Maybe I did not wait long
enough?
