Error deleting a router

Hi,
     I was collecting and storing MIB data, from many routers, but from an
specific one I didn´t get anything. I was going to delete it and then add it
again. First, I stop the collecting data daemon and when I wanted to delete the
router, it appeared the next error:

          An application error has ocurred and an application error log is being
generated.
                              collect.exe

               Exception: access violation

Has anyone the same problem?, thanks,
