Hi Brad,
I suggest that you install these two products separately. Cisco has changed
direction on the CiscoWorks2000 (cw2k) product architecture. I suggest that cw2k
be installed on a Sun Solaris platform (based on our experience).

Subject: Upgrading NV & CiscoWorks
We are upgrading from NetView 5.0 to 5.1.1 for AIX. We are also running
CiscoWorks 4.0. Does anyone know whether, CiscoWorks 4.0 is compatible with
5.1.1 and Y2K compliant? If not, what about CiscoWorks 2000?
