I am not familiar with an Intel Router, so maybe they have some specific
issues. But in general Netview must discover the two devices before it
can connect them. You can force this by pinging the router that has not
yet been discovered. If you cannot ping it, it will not be discovered.

Cordially,

Subject: router INTEL

Hi at all.....
I have a strange problem: I must monitoring with Nv6000 a remote WAN,
where there is a router cisco connected by ISDN with a remote router INTEL.
NV6000 is able to see only cisco, but not INTEL.
I have done a Demand Pool on cisco , and I have installed INTEL MIB, but nothing
happens.

Is there someone that can help me?

I use Netview 5.0 on Aix 4.2.1.

bye
many thanks

dimitri
